Rates
$ 95.00 - $ 150.00 per 45- 50 minute session depending on the service provided - There is also a sliding fee scale which is on an individual basis
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am an out- of -network provider so please check your coverage carefully by asking hoe much coverage is provided for an out-of-network provider. I will help you with the paperwork.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
